📦 Orders, Shipping & Tracking

How long will it take for my order to process?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM on weekdays begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
If your order is still processing, we will do our best to accommodate changes. If it has already shipped, please contact us for return instructions.

What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM process the same day. Note: FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day Air do not deliver on weekends.

Will my order be charged sales tax?
Sales tax applies to orders shipped to Maryland, Kansas, Missouri, and Wisconsin, as well as Lobster ball machines shipped to California.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do I qualify for free return shipping?
If your product includes the label “Shop confidently with FREE RETURNS,” you are eligible for a free return label.

Are free returns offered for APO/FPO, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?
We do not offer free returns for APO/FPO orders. Customers in Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are responsible for return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's complete
